Our Philosophy

TREA Strategies was founded by experienced advisors who have spent their careers guiding leaders through complex, high-pressure challenges — from crises that unfold overnight to systemic shifts reshaping entire industries.

We saw a growing need for strategic counsel that unites AI governance, risk, and reputation — and decided to build a firm designed for exactly that.

At TREA Strategies, we don’t react to problems; we anticipate them.
We help organizations build clarity under pressure, safeguard what matters most, and emerge even stronger than before.

Our Co-Founders, Danielle and Rebecca, bring a combined 30+ years in high-pressure environments — guiding companies through AI disruption, trust & safety challenges, public scrutiny, brand risk, organizational transformation, and geopolitical volatility.

They built TREA Strategies to give leaders access to executive-level judgment when navigating complexity, uncertainty, or crisis. Their partnership blends operational discipline with strategic foresight, helping organizations protect trust, valuation, and credibility when it matters most.
